About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated progress coaching and support to a designated caseload of students, working collaboratively with academic tutors to ensure a positive and successful learning journey. The postholder will monitor student progress, performance, engagement and achievement, identifying barriers to learning and providing timely guidance and support to help students reach their full potential. Through effective communication, proactive intervention and a student-centred approach, the role will contribute to successful course completion, improved outcomes and an excellent overall learning experience.
