You will report to the Director of People and lead and develop the Recruitment, Payroll & Workforce Data Officer team, delivering high performance and an excellent customer experience for staff, managers and candidates.
The role covers standards, data integrity, SCR maintenance, monthly payroll, and KPI reporting to senior leaders.
