As our Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery and administration of our Employment & Skills programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
Salary: £15,433.44. Employment type: Fixed Term, 37 hours per week.
You’ll work alongside the Learner Manager, Mentors and Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of employability, skills and distance learning programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting learner engagement, attendance and progression
- Assisting in one-to-one sessions and action plans
- Supporting job search, applications and progression routes
- Assisting in delivering workshops, job clubs and skills sessions
- Preparing learning materials and resources
- Supporting enrolments and onboarding
- Tracking learner progress and completion
- Maintaining registers and learner records
- Supporting timetable coordination
- Researching vacancies and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate learner data
- Supporting KPI tracking and reporting
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with people
- IT skills (operating systems, equipment, digital tools)

Qualifications & Training:
- Full UK Driving Licence
