Technician facilitator for Creative Industries (3D)
£24,522 gross per annum pro rata
The Role
The Creative Industries Technician Facilitator (3D) will provide specialist technical and facilitation support across designated creative disciplines, ensuring students and staff have access to high-quality, safe, and innovative learning environments. The role contributes to the practical delivery of FE and HE programmes and supports the development of industry-standard creative and digital skills.
What we are looking for
You should have a Level 4 or above in a relevant creative or technical discipline and an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and maths. You must have experience operating and maintaining specialist equipment and facilities relevant to the discipline. You will have experience of dealing with customer queries and maintaining records along with experience in planning and delivering subject-specialist workshops or demonstrations. You should have a strong understanding of creative production workflows, equipment, and emerging technologies(General 3D disciplines including - Clay/Plaster, 3D Printing).
