We are looking to appoint a number of temporary enrolment assistants at our THURROCK Campus to help with the extremely busy student enrolment period. Applicants should have good IT literacy, customer service skills, or data input experience. Post holders will work closely with the college information services team and will gain valuable work experience.
There are two main areas of enrolment duties: a "Meet and Greet" role and a data entry role. The summer enrolment period runs from 10th August to 4th September 2026. Training will occur on 12th and 13th August 2026 at Grays Campus – applicants must be available for these training dates and include their availability in their supporting statement.
Only emergency leave will be authorised during the enrolment period, and additional hours may become available closer to the enrolment date. Flexibility on work‑based locations is advantageous. The College reserves the right to fill this vacancy ahead of the closing date if suitable candidates are found.
