Location: Stroud Campus with travel required between Gloucestershire campuses

FTE Salary: circa £80,000 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)

Are you a values‑driven education leader ready to shape the future of learning in the West of England and Gloucestershire? SGS College is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead the shaping of an ambitious, future‑focused and inclusive curriculum that will ensure our students are ready for the world of work, further study and life.

Our new strategy sets a clear ambition for the College and this role will lead the delivery of our Readiness outcome – one of our four key strategic priorities. We are looking for a leader who can drive innovation across our curriculum, working closely with employers and communities to ensure that the learning we deliver sets our students up to succeed, with a real focus on delivering skills that go beyond technical qualifications.

We are looking for someone with significant senior experience in an FE College or post‑16 education setting with a proven track record of building transformative curriculum. Most importantly, they will have a desire to make a difference to the 10,000 students and wide communities that we serve and the ability to work closely and collaboratively across a large organisation in service of better outcomes for all.
