You’ll be part of a values-led, collaborative team who recognise that mainstream education does not work for all learners. SGS Create has developed a highly supportive and responsive provision that removes many of the barriers faced by some of the most marginalised students, creating the conditions for them to thrive. Now entering its third year, SGS Create continues to grow and evolve. Our small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios, and personalised approach to education have made a tangible difference to learners and their families. Recent audits from external and internal evaluators have praised the provision for its strong leadership, inclusive ethos, excellent safeguarding practices, and transformative impact on student confidence and engagement.
