South Essex Colleges Group are looking for an exceptional Curriculum Leader, ESOL.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the ESOL curriculum, ensuring alignment with funding, awarding body, and inspection requirements.
- Design, review, and implement an ambitious ESOL curriculum that meets learner and employer needs.
- Lead on quality assurance, learner outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Support, coach, and challenge teaching staff to deliver consistently high-quality ESOL provision.
- Use data intelligently to drive retention, achievement, and progression.
- Work collaboratively with cross-college teams to ensure inclusive practice and effective learner support.

- Proven experience delivering and/or managing ESOL provision.
- Strong understanding of ESOL frameworks, assessment, and funding requirements.
