- Deliver inspiring teaching across classroom, workshop, and practical environments
- Plan, prepare and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to support progression
- Act as a Personal Tutor, supporting students’ academic development and wellbeing
- Implement high‑quality, student‑centred learning programmes
- Organise and support work placements and industry engagement opportunities
- Contribute to curriculum development and course improvement activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Ensure a well‑organised, creative, and stimulating learning environment
- Support student discipline processes and uphold college policies
