About The Role
Working for our subsidiary company Sparks Teaching Services, you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of lectures, workshops and practical sessions to Health and Social Care students. This is a zero hour contract with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview stage.
Main Responsibilities
- Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
- Preparation of teaching materials
- Assessment and moderation
- Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
- Responsibility for administration relevant to the post
- Student support
- Independent studies supervision
- Attendance at meetings e.g. programme committees and subject/team meetings
- Participation in continuous professional development
- Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process
- Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure
