The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

As a Barbering Assessor/Coach you will be required to deliver practical aspects of the vocational programmes. You will provide on-going support, coaching and guidance to individual learners, utilising resource packages and on-going assessment. You will need to be qualified to at least level 2 within Barbering, have recent and relevant experience in Barbering and hold an assessor qualification.

You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy. You will possess strong presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets. The role will require you to embed the college’s values: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Compassion and Ambition.
