What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles
  • Advertising vacancies and advising managers on effective attraction strategies
  • Supporting shortlisting, interviews and offer management
  • Delivering a seamless pre‑employment checking process
  • Coordinating and delivering an engaging onboarding experience
  • Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well‑documented
  • Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy
  • Using HR systems to maintain high‑quality data and produce insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role
  • Strong customer service skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems
  • A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be great, but it’s not essential.
