What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles
- Advertising vacancies and advising managers on effective attraction strategies
- Supporting shortlisting, interviews and offer management
- Delivering a seamless pre‑employment checking process
- Coordinating and delivering an engaging onboarding experience
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well‑documented
- Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy
- Using HR systems to maintain high‑quality data and produce insights
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role
- Strong customer service skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems
- A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices
- CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be great, but it’s not essential.
