About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across a range of Art & Design programmes. You’ll create inspiring learning experiences that develop students’ practical, technical and creative skills, while supporting their progression into further study or employment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging, inclusive teaching that motivates and inspires learners
- Supporting students to develop creative, technical and professional skills
- Planning and assessing work, providing high-quality feedback
- Tracking student progress and supporting achievement and progression
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement
- Supporting student recruitment, enrichment activities and industry engagement
- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-expectation learning environment
About You
You’re a creative and committed educator who is passionate about student success. You will bring:
- A degree in Art & Design (or a related subject)
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience delivering practical, studio-based teaching
- Strong knowledge of contemporary Art & Design practice
- The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities
- A commitment to inclusive teaching, safeguarding and student wellbeing
