The Role
To recruit, engage, and educate young people and adults through pre‑employment programmes such as the College’s Jumpstart and Employability courses and/or The King’s Trust Team programme, enabling them to develop essential skills, knowledge, and qualifications that support progression into positive destinations.
What Will You Bring To The Role
- Determination: Support learners to meet personal needs, general welfare and wellbeing.
- Perceptiveness: Provide guidance and support to learners, some of whom may have social, emotional or behavioural/learning difficulties.
- Adapting: Assist and support learners during their learning sessions and courses and facilitate learner learning.
- Problem Solving: Arrange and accompany learners on work experience placements, excursions and deliver outdoor activities; this may involve driving college vehicles.
