The Role
We are seeking an experienced curriculum and quality professional to lead collaboration and continuous improvement across the DTEC hub-and-spoke network. You will support delivery partners to adopt and develop high-quality, employer-informed curricula, coordinate peer review and quality activity, and lead shared CPD, train-the-trainer and industry-exchange opportunities. The role will be central to building consistent teaching quality and sustainable specialist capability across a national network of providers working in defence-related technical education.

- Collaborating - Able to build productive relationships across the hub-and-spoke network, recognise differing partner perspectives and sensitivities, and facilitate collaborative curriculum, quality and professional-development activity.
- Problem-solving - Able to analyse quality and performance evidence, identify patterns and underlying issues, critically evaluate practice, and develop proportionate improvement actions that can be applied across different delivery settings.
- Persistence - Able to drive sustained improvement across a dispersed network, maintaining focus and constructive challenge when progress is difficult, and following agreed actions through to implementation and measurable improvement.
