The Role

You will have the chance to work with a team of people dedicated to bringing young people and adults forward in their education journey, as well as build strong connections with a subject faculty in which you will be working closely with. The Admissions team serves as the first point of contact for a high number of our students and this job role is crucial to providing that first impression. The daily role involves a variety of tasks including processing applications for College courses, supporting teaching staff with arranging interviews, corresponding with customers through phone, email and in person, and representing the team at events. The role involves a strong use of our student record system as well as a variety of aspects of the Google Suite.
