The Nuneaton Campus of NW SLC College is seeking a Personal Development Coach on a fixed-term maternity cover up to 12 months.
You will work with students from enrolment through progression, delivering coaching to develop behaviours, attitudes and skills for education, employment and life.
You will deliver engaging group sessions, provide 1:1 coaching and pastoral support, helping students unlock their potential. Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing is essential.
