We’re looking for a Maths Lecturer to join our expanding team. We specialise in English and maths retake opportunities for young people and support them with additional sessions in our English and maths Hubs.
The Position
We are looking for an outstanding Maths Lecturer with a track record of success working with 16–19‑year‑old resit students. The role requires a recently qualified or experienced lecturer in further education capable of delivering GCSE and Functional Skills maths at our Wigston Campus. You should bring innovation, new ideas and embed new technologies into the learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of the maths and English team you will be responsible for the delivery and development of courses, planning and using a range of effective teaching and learning techniques, and incorporating new and up‑to‑date technologies.
- You will be willing to obtain a relevant teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent) if you do not already possess one.

- Pay range: Lecturer Unqualified 23‑27 £22,996 – £25,858 per annum FTE; Qualified 28‑36 £26,629 – £33,715 per annum FTE
