We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician. Do you have a background in maintenance and are ready to take the next step in your career? If so, the NWSLC Estates Team could be the perfect fit for you. Our team plays a key role in maintaining the college estate, ensuring that our campuses remain safe, functional, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. In this role, you’ll be expected to travel between different college sites as required. We’re a friendly, supportive team that values teamwork, enjoys what we do, and always looks out for one another.

Responsibilities For The Role

  • Travel Between Sites – As a Maintenance Technician, we cover other sites in absences and support travel to other sites would be necessary.
  • Ensure Compliance – Carry out essential compliance and maintenance tasks across multiple locations to help keep all sites safe and fully operational.
  • Deliver Excellent Service – Provide outstanding support to the entire NWSLC community, always ensuring a reliable and high-quality service.
