The Position: We’re looking for a Contract and Facilities Officer
NWSLC is dedicated to providing high-quality education and a vibrant campus experience. With a rich history and commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic College Contract and Facilities Manager to join our Estates team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our campus facilities.

Responsibilities For The Role
As the College Contract and Facilities Officer, you will be supporting the Contracts and Facilities Manager overseeing contractors success, arranging remedial works/surveys and ensuring compliance is being met.
You will work closely with various suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to the overall success and reputation of NWSLC.
The Location: The role is based at Nuneaton, but the role involves coverage and travel to all sites.
