We require a full time Learning Skills Trainer to deliver a high standard of technical training within Light Vehicle to our cohorts of national apprentices. Key duties of the role include:
- Plan, prepare, design and deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment in the specialist area of Light Vehicle.
- Ensure apprentices cover the relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours of their vocational area, to meet their end point assessment.
- Create individual learning plans for apprentices and be responsible for providing blended learning opportunities for all on-site and remote apprentices, ensuring any additional learning needs are met.
- Complete progress reviews with employers and apprentices both remote and at the employer’s sites.
- Motivate and inspire all apprentices.
