We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our curriculum team at Cadbury College on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students preparing for careers within the health and care sector.

Key Responsibilities

Desirable

Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding

To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£31,837 - £48,160), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:

  • DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
  • Certificate in Education
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
  • ProfGCE (Professional Graduate Certificate in Education)
  • DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
  • DiT (Diploma in Teaching – if for a vocational subject)

If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£26,661 - £29,998).
