As a Lecturer at EKC Training, you’ll inspire, teach, train and assess students across a variety of learning environments, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. This role is based at Eastchurch, Sheppey, where we deliver courses to Cat D prisoners as well as to community learners.
What will you be doing?
- Teaching and assessing Level 2 Bricklaying (practical and theory)
- Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
- Designing, delivering and evaluating engaging programmes of study
- Encouraging and motivating students to develop confidence and employability skills
- Leading and contributing to designated study programmes and/or courses
- Delivering other multi-trade skills (desirable but not essential)
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge and experience in Bricklaying
- Confident in delivering theory as well as practical sessions
- Organised, supportive and passionate about helping learners succeed
- Teaching experience is welcome, but not essential – training is provided
