Role Overview
Due to an increase in student numbers, we are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant. In this critical role, you will form an integral part of our growing Inclusive Learning and Development team, providing support to our students.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic assistance for students with SpLD supporting their personal, social and emotional needs alongside their learning and progression needs.
- Support students in accessing welfare services.
- Help students to successfully complete and achieve in their learning.
The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with experience of working with students with SEND.
