We have an exciting opportunity for a digitally skilled and collaborative professional to join our growing Digital Innovation Team. Working closely with colleagues across all areas of the College, the Digital Innovation Lead will play a central role in translating our digital strategy into action, coordinating projects, supporting staff development and helping to embed meaningful digital change across the College.

The successful candidate will lead and deliver digital innovation projects, support colleagues to build confidence with technology and AI, and help drive practical, people‑first digital change that makes a real difference to the way colleagues work and learners experience education at LCB. You will work across the College to share effective practice, remove barriers to digital adoption and contribute to a culture of curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement.
