Full time - 37hrs per week Application close date 10/07/2026 The Role Two fantastic opportunities have arisen to join our growing Engineering department as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering (with a Machining and/or Maintenance Specialism).
You will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to delivery, planning, development and student support.
You will teach predominantly to apprentices as well as on a range of courses at level 2 to level 6.
One of the posts also has the opportunity to become the Apprentice Lead.
What we are looking for You should possess a level 3 qualification or above in the relevant area of specialism in Engineering and a recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards this).
You should have relevant industrial and / or professional experience in Mechanical Engineering, particularly Machining / Maintenance and experience of delivering Apprenticeships.
