0.8 - 1.0 FTE. Please note the hours are expected to be worked over short days, timetable dependent. Permanent.

Salary: SFC range 1 – 9 for teaching staff (dependent on experience), currently £33,465 - £51,714 reduced pro rata to £26,772 - £41,371 for 0.8 FTE.

The Social Sciences Faculty deliver a range of level 3 courses, including A-levels and BTEC Applied. We offer A-levels in Psychology, Sociology, History, Politics and Law as well as BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificates in Applied Psychology and Applied Law. As many of those we teach opt for more than one Social Sciences course, the teaching team work collaboratively to ensure that students receive an enjoyable, varied and enriched learning experience allowing progression to higher education or employment.
