Hub Enquiries Assistant
£23,557 gross per annum
The Role
You will provide a positive first-class enquiries service within the College, assisting with all queries from staff, students and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will ensure that face-to-face enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently. You will complete various administration tasks including contacting previous & potential learners by telephone to complete destination and application data.
What are we looking for?
You must be able to evidence by production of qualification certificates that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment. It is essential that you are able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
