Full‐time Admissions Officer on a fixed‐term maternity cover role. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week until 5th June 2027. This role is based primarily at the Hemel Hempstead Campus, with occasional work at the Watford campus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prospective and progressing students with outstanding advice and guidance to ensure a high‐quality application experience.
  • Handle enquiries by email, telephone and face‐to‐face, and visit local schools to provide information at Careers Fairs.
  • Manage tasks in a fast‐paced environment, multi‐tasking and working independently or as part of a team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate communication records.
  • Receive full training and support from a dynamic team.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Enthusiasm for education and working with young people.
  • Fast learner, great attention to detail, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
