About The Role
The Planning and Timetabling Team are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Resource and Planning Business Partner to join their well-established team. This is a fast pace and diverse role, in which you will work closely with Heads of Area and their teams, also with other areas to provide a high quality and responsive business support. The team are responsible for data integrity and validation throughout the processes of curriculum planning, timetabling, registers and resource information.
The Role Will Include:
- Data input and integrity checking.
- Compliance and validation checks.
- Ensuring data is updated, accurate, and maintained.
- Creating processes and user guides for internal and external customers.
- Extraction of data and report creation.
About The Person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisational and administrative skills.
The Successful Candidates Should Also Have:
- Level 3 Business Administration or relevant work experience.
- Flexible and problem solving approach.
- Experience of use of Excel and other Microsoft products.
