We are looking for a committed professional with expertise in IT to teach within the Business and A Level curriculum. The successful applicant will be required to teach on the L3 Computing and IT BTEC Nationals as part of the Computing A Level Pathway and L3 Information Technology provision.
Particular skills and knowledge of Programming Fundamentals, Computer Network Security and Encryption, Human-Computer Interaction and Practical Programming are essential. The successful candidate will be able to assist in the selection, induction, teaching, and assessment of students and will act as a course team leader/subject leader and personal tutor, as required and may also be asked to carry out cover duties across the wider faculty. This will be based at our Thurrock campus. The successful candidate would be expected to start in September 2026.
