Position: Associate Lecturer, Nail Technology – Hourly Paid, Thurrock Campus (Approximately 15 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality theory and practical sessions to enable learners to achieve their nail technician qualification and be industry ready.
- Ensure both theory and practical sessions meet the requirements of the college and the awarding organisation.
- Assess learner work, providing differentiated and developmental feedback.
- Track learner work on college systems in a timely fashion.
- Support student behaviour and attendance by holding appropriate intervention meetings.
- Participate in college and personal CPD to maintain professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a relevant nail qualification.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Teaching qualification status affects hourly rate (Teacher qualified / Unqualified Teacher).
Compensation:
- £26.29 per hour (Teacher qualified)
- £23.37 per hour (Unqualified Teacher)
