Boston College is seeking an organized and highly motivated Exams Manager to lead the planning, administration, and delivery of all examinations and assessments across the college. As Exams Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all internal and external examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding organisation regulations and college policies. You will manage the complete examination cycle, from entries and registrations through to results processing and certification, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent experience for students.

Working closely with curriculum teams, awarding organisations, student services, and senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on examination procedures and maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must be highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail. They must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and be able to display initiative. A methodical approach, flexibility, ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines, IT literacy, previous administrative experience in a busy environment, and experience of supervising or managing staff are also essential.
