£14.12 - £23 per hour, depending on duties performed. 20 Holiday Days (148 hours) + 8 Bank Holidays (59.2 hours) - this includes a discretionary Christmas closure period. 3% Employer Pension Contribution into NEST Pension Scheme.

About The Role
Working for our subsidiary company Sparks Teaching Services, you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions to ESOL Students. This is a zero hour contract with regular working hours to be confirmed at interview stage.
Main Duties May Include But Not Limited To
- Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
- Preparation of teaching materials
- Assessment and moderation
- Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
- Responsibility for administration relevant to the post
- Student Support
- Independent Studies supervision
- Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings
- Participation in Continuous Professional Development
- Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process
- Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure
