The Role:

Working with the Personal Development and Student Voice Lead and Student Health, Well-Being Extra Curricular Coordinator to deliver enrichment including physical and well-being activities and hobby clubs to students across the college. You will also help decrease the percentage of people physically inactive and increase the percentage of the college population taking part in sport and well-being activities, across FE and HE students. You will help develop and deliver the enrichment offer in line with personal development, tutorial and student voice. Flexible working hours are essential in this role to reflect the student’s journey and the programme timetable.

What are we looking for?

With knowledge of sports and physical activity and excellent motivational skills, you will work closely with the Personal Development and Student Voice Lead and the Student Health, Well-Being Extra Curricular Coordinator and colleagues across the college to affect behaviour change towards sport and well-being by developing activity programmes that suit the needs and interests of learners. A Coaching Award in sport or physical activity and the ability to drive a 12/16-seater minibus would be advantageous.
