The Position:
We’re looking for a Customer Journey Co-Ordinator.
The Customer Journey Co-Ordinator plays a central role in managing all student recruitment enquiries and applications, to the point of enrolment.
What Skills Are We Looking For
- To be able to provide prospective and progressing students with information and general advice on courses, progression pathways, career options and future job possibilities
- To maintain recruitment systems for tracking, processing and monitoring student enquiries, applications, interviews and offers
- To ensure accurate data entry that is compliant with audit requirements and data protection legislation
Responsibilities For The Role
- To understand and support all the College’s recruitment targets (all funded and full cost), set out in the curriculum plan and the medium-term business plan
- Work flexibly as part of the Student Experience team to provide support and guidance throughout the year, including Interview Sessions, Open Events, Tasters and Enrolment.
- To work closely with the Campaign Leads in Marketing to ensure a joined‑up approach to promotion of courses
- To develop a positive rapport with the curriculum teams to ensure support is provided in line with recruitment issues
