Position Overview
Part‑time position working 22 hours per week. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to develop and implement the Payroll Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship (ST0073). This role will involve designing, planning, and delivering a high‑quality programme that meets industry and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the following apprenticeship standards:
- Accounts/Finance Assistant Level 2 (ST0002)
- Assistant Accountant Level 3 (ST0073)
- Professional Accounting Technician Level 4 (ST0608)
- Deliver equivalent part‑time AAT qualifications at Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- Responsible for planning, development, delivery, and formative assessment of AAT students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Support apprenticeship programmes by visiting employers and delivering accounting training to adult learners.
This role would also suit an experienced accounting or payroll professional with a passion for education or an industry expert looking to transition into a training and assessment role.
A full‑time post carries 828 delivery hours on an annual basis (pro rata for part‑time hours).
