Salary: £24,522 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract Type: Fixed Term until the apprenticeship is complete

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

We have an exciting role of Apprentice Apprenticeship Administrator within our Apprenticeship Support and Compliance team! The role includes completion of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, with a clear progression pathway opportunity to the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • To register and book Apprentices into their Apprenticeship Assessments liaising with in-house support services and Lecturer Assessors.
  • To monitor and accurately record the student’s progress and final Apprenticeship Assessment grading on the College’s MIS system and E-portfolio platform.
  • To work closely with the Employer Engagement team and Learning Area Managers to monitor and support with the Apprentice’s recruitment and enrolment documentation.
  • To enrol students on to the required courses and Apprenticeship standard using the College’s MIS system.
  • To work closely with the Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Manager to ensure compliance is maintained in line with the DfE Funding Rules.
  • To support internal and external stakeholders by answering queries and completing administrational tasks timely.
