We have an exciting role of Apprentice Apprenticeship Administrator within our Apprenticeship Support and Compliance team! The role includes completion of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, with a clear progression pathway opportunity to the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Register and book Apprentices into their Apprenticeship Assessments liaising with in-house support services and Lecturer Assessors
- Monitor and accurately record the student’s progress and final Apprenticeship Assessment grading on the College’s MIS system and E-portfolio platform
- Work closely with the Employer Engagement team and Learning Area Managers to monitor and support with the Apprentice’s recruitment and enrolment documentation
- Enrol students on to the required courses and Apprenticeship standard using the College’s MIS system
- Work closely with the Apprenticeship Funding & Compliance Manager to ensure compliance is maintained in line with the DfE Funding Rules
- Support internal and external stakeholders by answering queries and completing administrative tasks timely

- Competent use of Microsoft Excel
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship provision and the DfE Funding rules
