Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of Progression courses (Entry Level to Level 2)
- Inspire and support a team of passionate teaching staff
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that help students succeed
- Play a key role in student recruitment, progress and outcomes
- Support learners with a range of needs, including those facing barriers to education
- Drive a positive, supportive and high‑performing learning environment
About You
- Passionate educator with a track record of delivering high‑quality teaching
- Experience supporting young people, particularly those with additional or pastoral needs
- Confident in leading and motivating others
- Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning culture
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Committed to inclusion, safeguarding and student success
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and relevant subject expertise are essential
