The Role
- Working as part of the Apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a case load of learners across a range of business disciplines, including business administration and customer service.
- You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake progress assessments in the workplace, preparing them for the end point assessment.
- You will deliver high quality training and support and monitor the apprentices through all aspects of their apprenticeship journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship standard.
- You will also be responsible for leading on standardisation and co‑ordinating the Internal Verification process in the role of Lead Internal Verification.
