Cadbury College is seeking a Student Support Officer for the Cadbury College campus on a full-time, fixed-term basis for the 2026/2027 academic year. You will be a visible presence, promoting Respect, Responsibility and Ready to Learn, building relationships, supporting attendance and wellbeing, and guiding learners with individual support as needed.
You will work with Student Attendance Officers to improve attendance, maintain intervention records, and signpost learners to appropriate support.
