only FE in the West Midlands is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join our team on fixed-term contracts until June 2027, at Cadbury campus in Kings Norton, Birmingham.

Roles are term time only (39 weeks) with 37 hours per week, pro-rata for term weeks.

You will support learners, develop literacy, language and numeracy, work with EHCP students, deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, and help with note-taking to keep students engaged.
