We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at both Stephenson and Brooksby College.
The college has over 700 full‑time students across varying curriculum departments. This is a challenging and diverse role, providing significant contact with College staff, learners, parents and external partners to offer support and information. You will provide a wide range of administrative functions for the area staff including letter, document and spreadsheet creation, record keeping, trip and event organisation, calendars, messaging, orders, stationery and more.
Responsibilities:
- Run data reports for the department to support both curriculum and business support managers in improving the quality of provision.
- Take a lead role in logging absences and monitoring daily attendance to lessons.
- Provide administration support for curriculum managers and area staff.
- Develop new systems and working practices to ensure essential and accurate administrative functions are kept efficient and effective for the department.
Qualifications:
- A relevant academic or vocational qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Experience of providing an administrative service, preferably in an education setting.
- Experience of producing high‑quality reports, managing data and producing pivot tables.
- Excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office, web‑based systems and related tools.
