The ONLY brand is well known in Europe where we operate more than 800 retail shops bringing the best shapes in JEANS and seasonal current fashion to the female consumers across all ages.

As a Deputy Manager, you will work at the core of our operations. Your goal is to drive the store as the right hand of the store manager, activating and promoting sales in our store in close cooperation with the team. As a Deputy Manager, you lead with positivity and passion and manage the store and daily tasks ensuring clear goal setting and timely execution on both sales and tasks. You are ready to work for common success, and you are dedicated to the team's goals. Together with the team, you will design and update the store's appearance according to the seasons and trends ensuring that our customers will always find an inspiring ONLY store which is fit for purpose for selling across all seasons.

  • Experienced customer service professional; experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
  • A team player, with a winner mentality who takes ownership for the store and team.
  • A retail background with proven management experience.
  • Passion to create positive results for the team.
