Role Description

We are looking for a highly organised Studio Manager to join our team at our Studio in Queens Park, North-West London. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our studio, supporting management, and helping deliver efficient schedules and processes across the business.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of studio operations, organisation, and administrative tasks, while also supporting customer support, photoshoots, and influencer or stylist relations.

Key Responsibilities

Studio & Schedule Management

  • Ensure the studio runs efficiently, maintaining organisation and structure.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, photoshoots, trade shows, and trips.
  • Book flights, accommodation, and transportation for business trips and events.
  • Manage office supplies, studio equipment, and external services.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries professionally via email and social media channels.
  • Support the team by resolving customer issues relating to orders, returns, and general inquiries.

File & Inventory Management

  • Organise and maintain the company’s files both digital and physical files.
  • Oversee and update sample catalogues, fabric swatches, and related records.
  • Keep the studio organised with proper systems for product samples and office materials.

Photoshoot Coordination & Support

  • Plan and coordinate photoshoot logistics, including product ordering, organisation, and returns.
  • Assist during photoshoots (e.g. steaming garments and general on-set assistance).

General Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and senior team members.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations within the business.
  • Manage communications and planning with stylists, influencers, and other external contacts.
  • Coordinate product send-outs, returns, and related logistics.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Studio Manager, Office Manager, or similar administrative role, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management tools.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Experience in customer support and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in luxury fashion and styling is desirable.
