Summary

  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Location: Queen\’s Park, NW6, London (On-Site, no Hybrid or Remote working)
  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Regular working time: 10am – 6pm
  • Salary: ÂŁ40,000 – ÂŁ45,000 DOE p.a. + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities

Marketing execution & delivery

  • Own the day-to-day execution of marketing across email, social, digital campaigns, launches and events.
  • Build and manage marketing and campaign calendars, ensuring work is delivered on time and to brand standard.
  • Help plan and improve social content and growth strategy in a practical, execution-led way.
  • Ensure marketing activity is consistent, organised and moving forward week by week.
  • Help identify and build relationships with relevant press, stylists, influencers and partners, supporting collaborative opportunities where appropriate.

Campaigns & launches

  • Coordinate product launches, drops and seasonal campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to translate creative direction into delivered marketing assets and activity.
  • Brief the Graphic Designer and support content production where required.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations, working with internal teams and external partners.

Email & CRM

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure emails are planned, built and sent on time, with performance monitored and improved over time.

Social & content coordination

  • Oversee social content planning and scheduling, supporting content creation where required.
  • Coordinate content needs for shoots, launches and campaigns alongside the Creative Director.
  • Support the planning and organisation of campaign and content shoots, working alongside the Creative Director to ensure assets are delivered on time and assist on shoot days.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, visuals and messaging across platforms.

Paid marketing & agencies

  • Act as the main point of contact for paid marketing agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Coordinate briefs, provide assets, communicate campaign timings and review performance reporting.
  • Flag opportunities and issues clearly to management.

Reporting & organisation

  • Monitor performance across key channels and campaigns.
  • Keep marketing activity organised, documented and visible to the wider team.Support basic competitor and market awareness where relevant.

This role is:

  • Hands-on and execution-focused
  • Suited to someone who enjoys ownership and responsibility
  • A key operational marketing role within a small team
  • A role with clear progression as the brand and team grow

This role is not:

  • A strategy-only or “delegation” role
  • A purely social media or content editing position
  • A remote or hybrid role
  • A large-team management position (at this stage)

Who we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or premium brands.
  • Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team where priorities move quickly.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams and keeping marketing organised.
  • Experience working with creative teams, designers and external agencies.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting ability.
  • Organised, proactive and delivery-focused.
  • Happy to be on‑site and involved in the day‑to‑day running of the brand.

Fashion industry experience is preferred but not essential if experience is highly relevant.
