We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across Surrey. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients and service users in settings such as care homes, supported-living services, residential homes and community-based services. Key responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
  • Assisting with mobility, transfers and repositioning
  • Supporting service users with meals, hydration and daily activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in a service user’s condition
  • Maintaining accurate care records and daily notes
  • Supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible
  • Following individual care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
