About the Role
We are seeking experienced Support Workers and HCAs to provide high-quality care within a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living services, and healthcare environments. This is an agency-based temporary role, offering you full control over your schedule with a choice of day, night, and weekend shifts.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with varying needs
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Support with personal care, mobility, and medication (where appropriate)
- Work collaboratively with service teams to ensure safe, consistent, and compassionate care
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with service requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Support Worker or HCA (6+ months preferred)
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
