We are currently recruiting Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities and complex needs across Clacton, Colchester, and surrounding areas. This role involves supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.
